Who we are

All Things Identity ("we") provides online IAM education — courses, digital downloads, and coaching — operated by Andrew Chanthaphone. Contact: andrew@allthingsidentity.com.

Purchases & access

Courses are sold and delivered through Thinkific. Unless a course page says otherwise, course video access is lifetime and includes future updates to the purchased course. Labs run in a tenant you create and control yourself; we don’t host or provide lab infrastructure.

Refunds

Courses carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase (or from course launch day for pre-launch purchases). Email us within the window for a full refund. Coaching sessions already delivered are not refundable.

Acceptable use

Course access is for the individual purchaser. Don’t share logins or redistribute course materials. Lab environments are for course exercises only.

Content is educational and provided as-is; it is not legal, compliance, or professional advice for your specific environment. Certification outcomes (e.g. SC-300) depend on the exam provider and your preparation.
