Hello, my name is Andrew Chanthaphone, and I love teaching people about the exciting field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). I have worked in a variety of IAM-related positions throughout the years, including business analyst, project manager, and currently director, where I assist businesses with IAM-related issues.

Many people are unaware that IAM is a critical component of cybersecurity.  Hackers, frequently utilize user identities to access networks resulting in data breaches.

This is why I started this website. I want to share IAM best practices, tout the great work being done by the IAM community, engage in conversations about the field , and spread the word about exciting career paths. 

My passion and drive for my work extends to helping people navigate their careers. I offer a range of career services to help you land that cybersecurity job and nail your next interview.

Lastly, when I’m not creating blogs, YouTube videos, or learning more about cybersecurity, I am hanging out with my family, hitting the gym, or cheering (sometimes booing) my favorite sports teams.
